The community of El Encanto de La Laguna has a full service in-house administrative staff that looks after the common areas and HOA related items as well as a maintenance team, security team, and desalination plant operation team. The developers have partnered with Francisco Luna Property Management who not only handle individual property management but also manage the general common areas and HOA budgets. Each condo phase of El Encanto has their own Board and sub budget with administration. The Master Association manages the general common areas which includes all private single family homes and each condo phase is a part of the master association. Every year there is an annual HOA meeting in which the owners get together to vote on an operation budget for the community and the Board is elected.
