Progress at El Encanto de la Laguna
El Encanto de la Laguna has seen some tremendous progress. We are very excited to report that Phase I of the condos is now sold out and some of the first condo owners have already moved in. Numerous owners have expressed that the quality of both thier condo home and the pool area have far exceeded their expectations. We have recently finished the new floorplans for Phase II condos and are very pleased with the results. We have already had some sales in Phase II and expect even more over the next few months now that the floorplans have been finalized. The Phase I condos show extremely well and are a glimpse of things to come in Phase II. We are very excited of the opportunity of seling Phase II. We know the "Villas" will be some of the highest quality condos in all of Los Cabos and are priced extremely well. There is no doubt, as East San Jose continues to expand this will no only be one of the best investments one can make but one of the best investments in one's lifestyle.
