El Encanto is located 10 minutes East of San Jose facing the Sea of Cortez in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur. Approximately a 20 minute drive from Los Cabos International Airport.

The Estates range from 3200- 4000 sq. ft. +/- (Air conditioned space).
The Villas range from 1667- 3200 sq. ft +/- (Air conditioned space).

The developers are two North America gentlemen of highest integrity. Senior business executives, bank owners and builder/brokers with over 60 years combined real estate experience.

8. Do I have a construction guarantee?
Yes, there is a 1 year construction and manufacture warranty . The quality craftsmanship is beyond compare by even U.S. standards.
9. Is it safe to invest in Mexico?

Construction began in 2005 and our team is working at full speed. The infrastructure for El Encanto de la Laguna has been completed. The Road to El Encanto has now been paved. 30% of the project is now under construction and 40% has been pre-sold.
13. When is the estimated completion date of the project?
It is estimated that the entire project will be complete in approximately three years, with the first homes having been built in 2005.
